We’ve all experienced arriving at work feeling unprepared to face the day ahead. Either racing thoughts kept you up all night, last night’s takeaways aren’t sitting right, or you’re simply just run down. When we aren’t able to prioritise our health and wellbeing, other areas of our lives can suffer. That’s why it’s important we feel empowered to show up for ourselves, so we can show up for others in both our personal and work lives. Our theme for this year is building a healthy culture through workplace wellness. We’ll be hearing from a selection of wellbeing experts and thought leaders to help you and your people create a culture where individuals and businesses thrive.
Please note, by registering to attend in person you are committed to the whole day of the conference. If you are no longer able to attend or commit to the whole day, please let us know. Don’t worry, you can join us for the livestream if in person attendance no longer suits you.
