About the Role: As a Senior Accountant, you’ll take the lead in managing client engagements, ensuring seamless delivery and high standards of service. This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise while supporting the growth and development of clients and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities: Client Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, including preparing financial statements, tax returns, and handling compliance matters.

Mentorship: Review colleagues’ work, providing training and guidance as needed. Client Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and responsiveness.

Technical and Advisory Support: Offer technical advice to clients and team members, supporting business growth and strategic decision-making.

Business Development: Engage in activities such as business coaching, client development, and networking to help drive growth.

Cloud-Based Software Expertise: Familiarity with platforms like Xero, Figured, and MYOB is advantageous.

What We’re Looking For: Experience: 3-5 years in a Chartered Accounting office, with a strong background in compliance and an interest in client business development.

Communication Skills: Confident in meeting and presenting to clients, investigating business opportunities, and delivering insights.

Professional Qualifications: Senior-level accountant, either qualified or near-qualified.
